The HP 200 LX is a compact DOS compatible handheld. It was a recommendation of one of my colleagues. Thank you Norbert. It was a very useful machine which already had a good software collection installed. The HP 200 LX is a good example how compact machines evolved from the times of the Atari Portfolio.
It ran MS DOS 5.0 and had the architecture of a PC-XT with a CGA graphics adapter. The developer left numerous easter eggs on this machine.

Der HP 200 LX ist ein kompakter DOS-kompatibler Handheld-PC. Ich wurde aufmerksam auf ihn durch eine Empfehlung eines Kollegen. Ein Dankeschön an Norbert. Es war eine sehr nützliche kleine Maschine, die schon eine gute Software-Ausstattung installiert hatte. Der HP ist ein gutes Beispiel dafür, wie sehr sich kompakte PCs seit dem Atari Portfolio weiterentwickelt haben.
Es lief auf MS DOS 5.0 und hatte eine PC-XT Architektur mit einer CGA Grafik. Die Entwickler hinterließen einige Easter Eggs auf diesem Rechner.
